Here are some brief bio’s and information about the Bioinformatics team. These are the guys who can help you with your bioinformatics work, whether you need an analysis designing and running for you or whether you need to pick up new skills so you can do your own.

All these guys are located in the bioinformatics office downstairs just off the coffee room. Its safe to feed them put try not to put your fingers through the bars.

Who we are

Dan MacLean

Dan is the Head of Bioinformatics and Training here at TSL. He’s responsible for the direction of the training so if you need something you don’t see here let him know. Dan is interested in all sorts of bioinformatics approaches and is keen to develop new tools and methods so do talk to him when you are setting up a new analysis.
